Today was blissful seeing these ladies make time for themselves and just listening to the bowls!

So often we have the answers we need already, but we are so adverse with the discomfort of sitting with our own thoughts and feelings that something like tarot and guided meditation help to center in on those intuitive messages.

When was the last time that you just sat with yourself and let your mind wander and explore?

would looove to host this again, who’s up for it?

Women’s Circle - The Growing Season

Today I thought that since we’re in the season of spring, I wanted to offer a chance at circle to reflect inward and connect with what’s

happening around us in nature 🌿

Spring is a season of renewal—an opening for growth, movement, and fresh starts.

It’s a time when things begin to shift and come to life again.

By noticing what’s blooming outside, we can start to ask: What am I ready to grow? What am I putting my energy into?

This season offers a natural rhythm to support us in making gentle changes, setting new intentions, and nurturing what matters.

New Blog Post 📝

Good evening chicken nuggets!

From chatting with a lot of you lately and there’s a common thread coming up—most of you know about mindfulness, you want to bring more of it into your life, but it’s hard to know where to start. So I’ve written a new blog post that shares 5 reeeaaally simple, gentle ways to begin your mindful journey—without feeling like you have to overhaul your whole life.

And to make it even easier, there’s a lil free downloadable checklist you can save or print out.

Give it a read and let me know what lands. Do you already do some of these? Is there one that you’re going to try any or have tried these? Pop a comment on the blog, message me here, or…
