Good afternoon girlies!!


It’s some of you may know that I’m very pregnant (im almost at 35 weeks, time is flying), and I’ve moved into my new house a month ago so there’s a lot going on this end!


As usual I’ve seen the pattern of me falling into the perfectionist mindset and it’s so far from how I feel - as I’m a big advocate for showing up messy rather than not at all, that’s the real stuff that I know I appreciate from others as it makes me feel less alone sometimes.


With that being said I’ve been dealing with the slow shift from maiden to mother, and all the complexities that come tied with identity and my body and new role I’m growing into and it’s been a bit difficult.

Today was blissful seeing these ladies make time for themselves and just listening to the bowls!


So often we have the answers we need already, but we are so adverse with the discomfort of sitting with our own thoughts and feelings that something like tarot and guided meditation help to center in on those intuitive messages.


When was the last time that you just sat with yourself and let your mind wander and explore?

By noticing what’s blooming outside, we can start to ask: What am I ready to grow? What am I putting my energy into?


This season offers a natural rhythm to support us in making gentle changes, setting new intentions, and nurturing what matters.
