Women’s Circle - The Growing Season
Today I thought that since we’re in the season of spring, I wanted to offer a chance at circle to reflect inward and connect with what’s
happening around us in nature 🌿
Spring is a season of renewal—an opening for growth, movement, and fresh starts.
It’s a time when things begin to shift and come to life again.
By noticing what’s blooming outside, we can start to ask: What am I ready to grow? What am I putting my energy into?
This season offers a natural rhythm to support us in making gentle changes, setting new intentions, and nurturing what matters.
When we notice what nature is doing, it can guide us to meet ourselves with more softness.
Instead of pushing all the time, we move with the season we’re in.
Spring invites you to sow the seeds of what it is you want to grow - set your intentions and prune what’s holding back growth.
Journal Prompts:
Take a moment to connect with what you‘re nurturing. Reflect on how your growth aligns with what matters to you and explore ways to tend to yourself with care this season:
🌱 What areas of your life feel fertile and ready for new beginnings?
🌱 In what ways are you blooming already, even if it’s subtle?
🌱 Are there habits or thought patterns that need pruning?
🌱 What do you need more of to feel rooted and grounded?
🌱 If you could plant one intention today, what would it be and why?
Let us know what came up for you if you’re doing this at home, or if you journaled this in circle, we’re all on our own path but we’re here together 💫🌸
xx
