Journal Prompt - Manifesting


Journaling is such a simple but powerful way to connect with yourself and reflect on what you truly want.


In our November women’s circle with Amy (@foreverthingcoach) we explored manifesting and the power of visualisation.


The key is to take some time to think about what you want to draw into your life and visualise the experience—what would it feel like when it finally happens?


If you couldn’t make it or want to give it a go at home, I’ve popped the prompts below. Write in the present tense, get comfy, and let the words flow ✨

Reflect on what you truly desire to manifest in your life. Let your mind explore the vision of having already achieved it, and then write about your experience as if it has already happened, in the present tense. Use these questions to guide you:


✧ What do you look like in this moment of success?

✧ What are you wearing or surrounded by?

✧ What are you most grateful for?

✧ How does your day-to-day life feel and look?

✧ What habits, beliefs, and routines do you have now that align with this version of you?
