Cancellation Policy

I recognise that unforeseen circumstances may arise from time to time. With the intention of maintaining fairness and efficiency for all clients, and in respect of my schedule, I have established the following guidelines: NEW CLIENTS As a new client, you are required to arrive 15-minutes before your scheduled appointment. This is for a client consultation and to fill out the necessary consultation intake form. If late then our session may have to be adjusted to keep to schedule and your full session fee will still apply. MASSAGE ELIGIBILITY Please note that certain health conditions may make massage unsuitable. To ensure you are fit and able to receive your treatment, please review the list of contraindications that may prevent you from having a session. If you have any concerns, feel free to reach out for guidance before your appointment. REGULAR CLIENTS Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment to allow time for preparing/undressing for your treatment, so we can begin at the booked time. If late then our session may have to be adjusted to keep to schedule and your full session fee will still apply. CANCELLATION POLICY If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask for a minimum notice of 24 hours in advance. In the event of cancellation within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be required to pay for the reserved appointment in full. With less than 24 hours notice we don't have the time to replace the missed slot. In the event of a cancellation from myself, or with more than 24 hours notice you be offered a full refund within 1-3 business days. RESCHEDULING Should you need to reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This gives us time to offer the time slot to another client. If more than 24 hours notice, no charges will be made. NO-SHOWS Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without notice, you must pay for the missed appointment, and pay in full for the next appointment booking. If you are running late, not to worry, but please note our session may have to be adjusted to keep to schedule and your full session fee will still apply. ​ By booking and attending a treatment, it is taken as proof that you have read, understood and agree to the Policies as described.
