I’m hosting a Wellness Walk which is just an easygoing 1-hour walk in Blengdale Forest to get outside, move our bodies, and soak up some nature.
No pressure, just a chance to reset and enjoy the fresh air.
There’s two dates, a weekday and weekend so whatever your schedule there’s something available. A fresh and lovely way to start your day 💫
